Choosing a specific style for your wedding day can be a difficult task for some brides. There are so many beautiful, yet distinct, options it might seem overwhelming just sticking to one theme. BUT GOOD NEWS - you do not have to feel the pressure of choosing one exclusive design. As a couple, you can answer questions like “What mood do you want to set for your day? What is the atmosphere of your venue/space? What do you both envision for the day?” Once you have some ideas, make an inspiration board to have a visual of your dream. Notice the specific elements that grab your eye and include them in your design. By combining elements of a couple (or even multiple) themes that you appreciate, you can achieve a stunning design.
For this wedding, Lesley and James decided on a “boho meets glam” theme and here are pictures to prove just how beautiful the two styles marry together. In this case, we can see a bohemian style by using blush pinks and neutral tones along with pampas grass and wild + free centerpieces. The glamour look was achieved by adding all the dramatic elements: incorporating dark brown goblets, shimmery disco balls and the brides gold Gucci heels. You can also see how these two styles melted together so effortlessly with the grooms solid black tux against the soft colors and even the photographers choice of editing.
So, if you are having trouble deciding one specific theme/style for your wedding, or you just want to be creative and step out of whatever box you might feel stuck in, this is your sign to DO IT! It is your day - make it what you want it to be!
