We are so excited about what we're sharing on the blog this week! If you've followed our journey for long, then you know that The Copper Quail is about more than just a collection of gorgeous vintage wares available for rent. It's true, we get a thrill searching far and wide for the perfect new inventory pieces that our brides will swoon over, but what really makes us giddy is getting to sit down with our clients and dream up the perfect way to design their event to reflect their unique style. We got into this business because we care about beauty, we're obsessed with decor, and we can't get enough of picking just the right pieces that bring an event together.
Which brings us to this strikingly moody styled shoot on the blog today. We dreamed up the vision for this shoot over sips of coffee a couple months ago. It was a style playground for us, and we had the best time creating this dramatic look with a team of talented vendors (18 total) that helped bring our vision to life. We hope this inspires any out-of-the-box brides out there that want to add a little drama to their big day!
Now for the details - for the tablescape we pulled from our silver decor collection (particularly our tarnished silver chargers), white + silver china, black glass goblets, and wire baskets. For the sangria bar we used our Barcis table, along with more silver decor. The cake table was displayed on our gorgeous Templeton sewing table, and the lounge we created with our Charlotte couch, Ella chair, Amelia chair, and Allie chair.
What you are about to see is nothing less than eye candy captured by Rachael of OkCrowe Photography. Be sure to scroll to the end to not only see all the other amazing vendors that participated, but also see some fun behind the scenes photos that Rachael captured of all the work it took pulling this look together. Enjoy!
How amazing is this Edison bulb chandelier from Decor 1601?! Chandeliers are often used over the ceremony space, so we were excited to use this incredible piece over the head table for a change up.
These place cards by Daffolily added the perfect touch.
These gorgeous tablecloths and table runners are from White Table Specialty Linens
Using vintage silver trays as chargers under your place settings - one of our favorite details.
Choosing uniquely colored goblets is the perfect way to spice up your event decor!
